On June 11, 2025, the SNEC exhibition in Shanghai kicked off at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai). Osda Solar made a stunning appearance with its OSDA N series of products and integrated smart energy solutions and became one of the most eye-catching exhibitors on the show floor.
Osda Solar officially launched the OSDA N MAX 730W large-format module. This new product, with its innovative 0BB (zero busbar) technology, became the focus of the exhibition, attracting the attention of many industry professionals and customers.
0BB technology is a cutting-edge technology in the photovoltaic industry. By reducing the main busbars on the solar cells, it significantly improves the photovoltaic conversion efficiency of the modules. The conversion efficiency of the OSDA N MAX 730W module reaches as high as 23.5%, and its power generation is more than 15% higher than that of traditional modules under the same light conditions. The zero busbar design not only reduces the internal current transmission path of the solar cells, lowering internal resistance and energy loss, but also enhances the overall performance and reliability of the modules. In addition, the 0BB technology employs more advanced welding processes, reducing the number of welding points and lowering the risk of failure caused by poor welding, thereby further extending the service life of the modules.
The production of the OSDA N MAX 730W modules will mainly take place at Osda Solar's new base in Jiaxing. The Jiaxing base is not only an efficient production site but also a demonstration project for green energy. The 7.2MW photovoltaic project that has just been connected to the grid on the roof of the base has a total installed capacity of 7,175.6kWp and an average annual power generation of 7.23 million kWh. It is estimated that over the next 25 years, the total power generation of the project will reach 180.65 million kWh, equivalent to an average annual reduction of 2,203.93 tons of standard coal consumption, 5,881.96 tons of carbon dioxide emissions, 44.8 tons of sulfur oxides emissions, and 15.17 tons of nitrogen oxides emissions, making an important contribution to local energy conservation, emission reduction, and sustainable development.
The project is also equipped with a smart energy management system that can monitor and optimize power generation, energy storage, and electricity consumption in real time, improving energy utilization efficiency. The project not only provides clean energy for the Jiaxing base but also demonstrates Osda Solar's firm determination in green manufacturing and sustainable development.
In the future, 0BB technology will become an important development direction in the photovoltaic industry. With continuous technological progress, the conversion efficiency of 0BB modules will be further improved, and costs will be further reduced. The OSDA N MAX 730W modules will be widely used in distributed photovoltaics, large-scale ground power stations, and building-integrated photovoltaics, promoting the continuous development of the photovoltaic industry. Osda Solar will continue to increase R&D investment and promote technological innovation to provide more efficient and reliable solutions for the global photovoltaic market.
